What we are discussing here is why souls choose to have a physical incarnational experience, a physical reality experience. It is specifically for the purpose of growing, of learning, of experiencing something that cannot be experienced exactly in the same way in the non-physical spirit realm.
In the non-physical spirit realm, whatever you wish to call it, the spirit realm, the heaven dimension, which has many layers and levels to it, many frequencies within it, depending upon the understanding and evolution of each spirit, but yet still all representative of one domain, one reality with many levels. The idea is to understand that in that state, you know everything that it is relevant for you to know. Everything in that sense is relatively accessible to you. All knowledge comes to you immediately. Upon thinking a question, the answer is there. Because you have direct access to your guides, to your angelic beings, to your spirit team, to your soul family, to the Akashic records, which contains all past, present, and future knowledge and information.
However, there is a very big difference between the idea of knowing something fully and experiencing something in the way that only physical reality can provide for you. A very simplistic example of this idea would be for example, if you learned if you knew in spirit everything there is to know about constructing a house. You still wouldn’t have the same kind of knowledge, the same kind of awareness that you gain by actually being physical and actually physically going through the experience through the process of building a house, of constructing something. There is a big difference between knowing that you have to use a hammer and actually wielding the hammer physically. Because then it puts you in touch with all sorts of other levels of knowledge that you experience more directly, more personally than you do as a spirit.
In a sense, knowledge as a spirit is a little bit removed from the kind of way in which you gain knowledge as a physical being through the experience of living it, of feeling it in your body, in your bones, in your muscles, in the surrounding environment in which you partake of that activity. There are many different factors that go into the actual experience of building a house. Even though as a spirit you may know every single step, all the knowledge of it may be there in absolute fullness. And yet, it is not the same as actually wielding the hammer, hitting the nail, feeling your muscles, understanding to what degree you can wield that hammer, to what degree you should hold back so that you do not injure yourself, feeling the muscles of your body working, feeling the perspiration on your skin as you work, perhaps in the sun or perhaps as you feel like you must protect your skin from the cold by wearing a sweater or a jacket, all of these different sensations are what adds to your understanding of the knowledge that you may have in spirit, but the sensations are not exactly the same. Even if you have knowledge in spirit of the concept of sensations that could be experienced in physical reality, it is still not the same as actually physically experiencing them.
And it is through that physical experience, that gaining of understanding in physical terms, that you round out, that you really fulfill, that you really refine the deep appreciation of the knowledge in spirit. Because once you have gone through that physical experience, when you return to the spirit realm, you have a very different way of accessing that information, that knowledge. Because the spirit then, the spirit of the person that you were physically, always remains with you. The experience is embodied in that spirit of that particular person, and now you can access it in a very different way to really deepen the knowledge that you have of those things in spirit. It adds a whole new layer and a whole new sense of deep appreciation for growth, for acceleration, for connection.
So, allow yourself to remember that you chose to have this physical experience. You chose it for your own reasons. And the main reasons, the general reasons you chose it was to enhance your understanding of what it is you know, to enhance your ability to experience that knowledge on a very different level, on a very visceral level, on a level that makes it very intimate, very immediate, and really locks it in to your ability to access that knowledge from the Akashic Records when you return to the spirit realm. Because then you have a more well-rounded, a much more full understanding of what that knowledge is, of what that information is all about. You now know it on every level you can possibly know it on. You make it your own. You make it personal. You make it yours, your unique way of relating to that knowledge through the experience of that knowledge that you have gained by choosing to take that knowledge and experience it in physical terms.
So, this is a more complete understanding, a more complete awareness of all the things that are possible for you, of all the choices you could possibly make. The reason, the basic reason for experiencing the forgetfulness and the rediscovery of yourself through physical incarnations is because it adds depth to your experience of knowledge in a variety of ways that simply cannot be had in non-physical terms. It is another level of spirituality. Again, understand that physical reality is not non-spiritual. It is another level, a deeper level, a more visceral level of the knowledge, the awareness you have as a spirit. It adds a dimension to it. It adds depth to it. It adds fullness to it. And allows you to really deeply appreciate the knowledge you have gained.
It’s a way to savor it. It’s a way to retain it within your being forever and ever and ever to call upon it if you need to because in the future you may decide that you would also, as a spirit, like to learn to be a spirit guide to help those who are choosing physical incarnations in their life path, and by having had the physical experience, it’s much easier for you to be able to relate to what they are going through to help guide them in that way because you have first-hand experience, first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to go through that physical experience, and that brings to the table a lot more as a spirit guide that you have to offer the beings that choose to be physical if you choose to guide them on their life path.
So, appreciate, deeply appreciate every moment that you experience, every sensation that you experience in physical reality. Savor it. No matter what it is, use it to your advantage, no matter what it is. Allow yourself to become more fully well-rounded, more fully experienced, more deeply experienced, more knowledgeable about what things truly mean on every level of existence. Because there is no level of existence that is not profound. There is no level of existence that is not valuable and valid.
So, physical reality is another level of spiritual existence that deepens your appreciation of what it is you can know and who it is you can be. And how it is you can use that not only to your own advantage, but in service to others in the future, perhaps even as a spirit guide, or even as, ultimately, an ascended master. It will come in very handy in many situations, even after you leave the physical experience. We thank you for allowing us to share this notion and this idea with you this day of your time.

I’m in metaphysics right now. I’m getting my bachelor’s in that and I’m also a practicing medium. My question with my mediumship is how can I enhance my connection with my spirit brothers and sisters when I’m giving messages for them? Are there certain crystals I can use or something like that?
The best way to let them know you’re ready is to just tell them out loud. And then trust that the synchronicity in your life will guide you in the direction of preparing you to be able to do so more effectively. You can do it in any number of ways, whatever permission slip you’re attracted to. You can use crystals if you think that helps you, if it’s aligned with your belief system.
Or again, we have suggested the idea like others of journaling so that you’re sitting in a quiet place, asking a question, and writing down what you get, and over 2 to 3 weeks starting to recognize the patterns that will reveal the actual information coming from your guides as opposed to your own thoughts. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks for that to make itself clear. So, you can enhance your clairaudient abilities that way, or in any way that you’re attracted to do so. But really, the bottom line is just tell them as you have just acknowledged that you feel ready to do so, and then watch for the signs and synchronicity that lead you to information or objects that will work for you, or exercises that will work for you to prepare you to be a better receiver of that information. As long as you have the intention to be of service to others this way, then it will naturally unfold to help you continue to improve.

Are there any adjustments you would like to make to it with your own creative imagination that would make it seem more easily capable of making a connection to that permission slip?
When someone suggests a permission slip to you, you are still allowed to adjust it according to your own creative imagination if it doesn’t work for you fully in the way that it was presented to you. So how would you adjust it that would make it seem more capable of allowing you to make a connection or allowing you to give yourself permission to be more of who you are. How would you like to adjust it?
Hand Energies or Mudras
It’s sort of correct. It’s a little simplistic, but it’s sort of correct. In the same way that you have on a battery what you call a positive pole and a negative pole. Yes. Yes. Sort of correct in that sense that there is a flow that allows you to receive and send energy more easily. It’s just a general idea that is representative of a collective agreement of humanity so that you can relate to it in a simpler way.
You can actually deliver energy from both hands and receive energy through both hands. In fact, you can do that through your entire body as well. But again, because the hands of a human being are what you use to manipulate your reality, it just makes more sense for you to assign those properties to each hand, the left hand, the right hand. Okay, this one takes in, this one gives out. That way you’re creating a kind of sense of flow through your body in terms of being of service to others. So, that’s why humanity has decided to simply set up that archetypal simplistic representation of the flow of energy through a negative and positive pole.

Yes, they have absolutely the same soul journey.
Their purpose in life may be a little bit different than a human purpose, that’s okay. They are here from unconditional love to reflect to humanity and other beings what it is they need to know to be more of who they are.
They do this out of unconditional love. They’re connected to the angelic realm. They’re not angels, but they’re connected to that high frequency vibration. But yes, they decide their entry point, their exit point. They have souls just like humans do. They exist in their own level, their own realm in that sense. You will meet them again when you transition back into spirit.
Every animal you have ever had a relationship with in your life can be there to greet you. You will make a reconnection in that sense. But yes, absolutely they have their own determinations, they have their own souls, they have their own experiences. Yes.

That is simply a euphemism to indicate that it doesn’t take as many people operating on a positive level to completely outweigh the people operating on a negative level because people operating in positive energy are collective and exponentially able to move forward, whereas people operating negatively are segregative, operating more on their own, and their energy doesn’t really connect to another energy.
They may be in synchronicity in terms of doing the same things at the same time or similar things, but the energy doesn’t collect and in a sense grow in the same way it does when fewer people are operating out of positive energy. So, it’s a euphemism to indicate that it only takes a small amount of individuals to outweigh and overbalance the idea of so many more negative individuals.
